Catch Air is primarily designed for children ages 10 and under, with activities and play areas designed for different ages and developmental levels. Some attractions may have specific age, height, or weight requirements.
Do parents or guardians need to stay with their children?

What should children wear?
Comfortable play clothes are recommended. Avoid loose jewelry, clothing with long cords, sharp accessories, or anything that could catch on equipment.
How does Catch Air help make sure children leave with the correct adult?
We use an invisible hand-stamp matching system. Upon entry, children and their parent or legal guardian receive matching invisible stamps placed just above the left wrist. Our policy is simple: families who come together leave together. Before exiting, our staff verify that the child's stamp matches the parent or legal guardian's stamp.
Is the play area supervised by staff?
Our staff monitor the facility, help maintain cleanliness, and enforce safety rules. However, staff supervision is not a replacement for parent or guardian supervision.
How often is the equipment cleaned?
Cleanliness is a top priority. Our play equipment and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized repeatedly throughout the day using child-friendly cleaning products. Our staff follows a comprehensive daily cleaning checklist to make sure key areas are cleaned consistently and not overlooked. In addition to routine daily cleaning, professional deep cleaning is performed regularly. Our ball pit balls are regularly cleaned and dried using an automated ball-cleaning machine designed specifically for this purpose. Hand sanitizer dispensers are also available throughout the facility. Because children are constantly touching, climbing, crawling, and playing, our cleaning process is designed to be continuous throughout the day—not just before opening or after closing.
What happens if my child gets injured?
If an injury occurs, our staff will respond promptly and assist with basic first aid using first-aid supplies available on-site. The parent or legal guardian will be notified and remains responsible for decisions regarding the child's medical care. For more serious or potentially life-threatening injuries, our staff will call 911 and assist until emergency responders arrive. We also document incidents using an incident report. When relevant and available, security camera footage may be reviewed as part of the incident review process.
Can a child visit Catch Air if they are sick?
Guests who have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, a contagious illness, or other symptoms that could affect other guests should postpone their visit until they are well.
Can we bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted. Exceptions may be made for baby formula, baby food, and items required for medical or dietary needs. For food and snacks available for purchase during your visit, please refer to the “Food & Snacks” section above. For birthday party food options, please refer to the “Planning a Birthday Party?” section above.
